Check-in:

  • Monday to Saturday: from 13:00.
  • Sundays and public holidays: from 14:00.

Check-out:

  • Monday to Saturday: before 11:00.
  • Sundays and public holidays: before 12:00.

Check-out rules:

  • The kitchen must be left clean.
  • Rubbish must be taken out. A 20 EUR charge applies if this is not done.
  • Additional cleaning may be charged if misuse is detected.

Required deposit for direct bookings:

  • Stays up to 4 days: 100 EUR
  • Longer stays: calculated according to the length of stay.

The deposit is returned the day after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected. In case of any damage, extra cleaning or breach of the house rules, the additional charge will be deducted directly from the deposit.

Cancellation policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, after the first 48 hours.
  • 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival.
  • No refund applies for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
