In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must be registered within the first 24 hours with valid ID, address and phone number.
Unauthorised visitors are not allowed. Extra charges may apply for any guest not included in the original booking.
By booking, you accept the cancellation policy and house rules.
Check-in:
Monday to Sunday: from 15:00.
Check-out:
Monday to Saturday: before 11:00.
Sundays and public holidays: before 12:00.
Check-out rules:
The kitchen must be left clean.
Rubbish must be taken out. A 20 EUR charge applies if this is not done.
Additional cleaning may be charged if misuse is detected.
Required deposit for direct bookings:
Stays up to 4 days: 100 EUR
Longer stays: calculated according to the length of stay.
The deposit is returned the day after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected.
Cancellation policy:
Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.
50% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, after the first 48 hours.
50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival.
No refund applies for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
